Your data is sent directly to our recruitment team via email and is not stored in any database beyond the email system.

• CV files are uploaded using secure, encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS)
• CV files are stored temporarily in secure cloud storage with time-limited access links
• Access to application data is restricted to authorised recruitment personnel only
• Passwords for the admin system are securely hashed

• Application data sent by email is retained in accordance with our email retention policies
• CV files stored in cloud storage are accessible via time-limited links (1 hour) and may be deleted after the recruitment process is complete
• We do not store application data in a database — all data is transmitted via email only
• If your application is unsuccessful, your data will be disposed of within 6 months unless you consent to it being kept on file
